Welcome to the Green Days Villa d'ARCY which can accommodate up to 25 people Two houses are available: Farmhouse with 15 beds & a house with 10 beds on a 4500 m² plot. Everything is planned to accommodate you in a warm and secure setting. With: - Outdoor playground - Indoor game room - Heated pool The grounds are completely enclosed. High chairs and children's beds are available on site. Parties and/or events are not allowed The space Access to the cottage until 5PM on Sundays - at no extra charge We provide bath towels as well as sheets (beds are made upon your arrival) - We do not provide pool towels Coffee machine accepting Nespresso type capsules (small and large) •Outdoor heated swimming pool 11 X 5 meters Heating the pool from April to October depending on the weather . Access to all two houses and two gardens (which are connected by a gate) as well as the pool (secure and private) Other things to note Welcome to Green Days Villas! Green Days Villas is a professional group, specialized in cottages for 15 people and more. Located between Paris (less than 2 hours) and Brussels (less than 3 hours), all our houses are solely dedicated to seasonal rental and fully private. Feel free to check out our profile. Equipped and decorated, our villas are perfectly suited for stays with friends or families and seminars. We offer late checkout (until 5pm), Sunday evenings and public holidays We practice transparent pricing, everything is indicated from the time of booking and no payment will be requested on site. We can provide you with: invoice, proforma, chorus... Parties and/or events not allowed - Check-ins start at 5pm - Checkouts are at 10 a.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. - Possibility of early check-in from 9am. This is only possible on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with an extra €200. - or late checkout until 5pm. This is only possible on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with an extra €200 (for Sunday late checkout is free) - Overnight stays can only be booked with an early check-in and/or late check-out option. Possibility upon request of: - connecting with local caterers - Breakfast delivery The house is equipped with a fiber box Pets are welcome Parking video surveillance system Important point about noise and respect for the neighborhood. - Outside you can enjoy the garden and pool, but it is strictly forbidden to play music day or night. - A Bluetooth speaker is provided, we ask that you not bring any other speakers. - Indoors you can use the speaker provided as long as the doors and windows remain closed. - A noise sensor and sound level meter are installed in the house to prevent any problems. An alert is sent to the tenant and the landlord if the tolerated threshold is exceeded. - Strictly non-smoking accommodation - The price indicated includes the rental of two houses: A cottage for up to 15 people with 6 bedrooms - corresponding to 75% of the total amount) and a cottage for up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms (25% of the total amount).
