Between the luxury of Av.da Liberdade and the always trendy Principe Real there's the Alegria flat, located on the 1st floor in the quiet and typical neighborhood of Praça da Alegria, right in the heart of Lisbon. Here you can enjoy a well equipped and comfortable flat in a calm environment and be just 1 step away from all the points of interest. As a foodie host I will assure you a special stay with great tips, restaurants and hidden gems that will make you fall in love with this beautiful city The space Enjoy your nespresso coffee after breakfast or watch some netflix at night, this apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The flat can accommodate 2 persons maximum! The bedroom has ONE DOUBLE BED ( 140x200) and the access around the bed is narrow. We also have a SOFA BED in the living room, If you intend to use the sofa bed, kindly inform us during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen. Otherwise, we will assume that you only need one bed prepared. Here you can find some facilities like a smart TV (with chromecast, Netflix, cable, etc...), free wifi, well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, blow dryer, towels and bed linens included Please keep in mind that the apartment doesn't have AC! Please note that the apartment is compact and might not be suitable for guests who require large or open spaces. It is ideal for couples or solo travelers, but may feel tight for those who need extra room or have difficulty moving around in smaller spaces. There's also two steps between the living room and the kitchen In the bathroom, there is a small step (approximately 5 cm) that might be an inconvenience for some guests. Please take care when stepping in and out of the bathroom. The bathroom layout is unconventional. The toilet is positioned beneath the sink, which may not be comfortable for all guests, particularly taller individuals. The flat it's close to a lot of interesting places, restaurants, grocery stores and dry cleaners. Note that the apartment is located in the historical center and in a old building so unfortunately the looks of the interior might not match the looks of a new building and also there might be a bit of noise typical of cities center, we are happy to provide you great earplugs due to this subject Since it's a historical zone, there are some parking spots restricted to residents. You also have paid parking spots for a limited time periods, from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 7PM or 1AM next day depending on the zone (yellow or red) Additional cleaning can be arranged for stays longer than 8 nights Check-ins after 02:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM but are flexible if there's no one arriving that day Please note that late check-in between 23:00 and 02:00 has an additional 10€ paid at check-in Registration Details Exempt
