The open plan living space contains a sofa with a pull-out double bed, wall mounted TV with netflix, a dining table with 4 seats that doubles as a workspace and cushions and blankets for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, toaster, oven, hob, fridge and washer dryer. The bedroom houses a King Size Bed with white cotton sheets, an abundance of hanging and drawer storage and wireless phone charging. Guest access This listing is for the whole apartment with private parking for 1 car. The parking area is security controlled and under CCTV surveillance. Access to the property is not stair-free, a small set of steps needs to be walked down to basement level. Other things to note The apartment building is mainly residential so we would like guests to be considerate of the neighbours when they are coming and going. We respectfully ask that the noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and this apartment is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings, thank you.
