You'll have a fully-stocked kitchen with welcome basket, spotless bathroom with tons of storage space, washer/dryer, 1-gig wifi, office desk. Step outside onto your sunny patio and enjoy the grill! It's an easy 2-block walk to the grocery store, and a couple more blocks to coffee, sushi, BBQ, breweries, boutiques! One mile to Lake Area Tech and Prairie Lakes Hospital. The space The bright and sunny kitchen is fully stocked, with all the dishes, utensils and cookware you might need. A welcome basket with coffee, tea and snacks will start your first morning on a positive note! Main bedroom has queen-sized Beautyrest mattress - heavenly! Also a nightstand, large dresser and closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are small, with twin-sized beds, and are best for children. Private washer/dryer has a starter supply of laundry products for your convenience. Guest access The apartment is the second floor of an up/down duplex and has two private entrances. The main front entrance is a "normal" staircase. The back stairway is the original maid's stairway in this historic home; the stairway is steep and is not recommended for small children (please have children and pets use the front stairway). Baby gate is provided for blocking interior access to the stairway. You also have access to half of the sunny back patio, with grill and patio furniture. There are three off-street parking spaces for your use. Other things to note Please - no street shoes inside the house! Pet towels are available for keeping Fido's paws clean too :) Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. No smoking in the house; please use the patio.
