Home is located in Russellville , AR, near (1 mile) to Arkansas Nuclear One, Lake Dardanelle, and between Russellville and London along Hwy 333. My place is appropriate for ANO outage workers. Guest use Private bedrooms and bathroom. Guest shares kitchen, den and laundry area. The space I have two private bedroom that is available for rental, recently remodeled. My preference for renter to be outage worker, Owners occupy home and share kitchen, laundry and common outdoor areas with guests. Guests are requested to maintain housekeeping in good order during their stay. Please rinse and leave dishes in sink, pickup garments and dispose of trash on an ongoing daily basis. Laundry is shared and guests may launder sheets and towels as needed or may request owner to launder these items on a once per week basis. For long term guests (stays greater than 1 week), guests should plan on providing their own toiletries. Interaction with guests I’m intermittently in the home weekdays these times and most of the time on weekends. I'm available by phone and text to assist guests with accommodations. The house is close to ANO and Dardanelles lake. Just a few miles to down town Russellville. The best way to get around is to have a car. There is a taxi in town. You are walking distance to ANO. The Dardanelle lake is just down the road, great fishing.
