Beautiful 3-story beach house in South Asia Condominium (Km 108). The house has 8 beds, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 service room with bathroom included. The house has a large American kitchen, grill area and 2 parking lots. (Capacity: 10 people). The Club House has 2 common pools, restaurant, tennis courts, racquetball, soccer, children's games, grocery store and visitor parking. My place is great for couples and family groups. The space The house is located in the Asia del Sur – Sarapampa condominium, which has 24-hour security, 2 common pools (large and small), tennis court, soccer, basketball, grocery store, restaurant and parking for visitors. There is also direct access to the beach and the Sarapampa esplanade, which runs along the adjoining condominiums for more than 2km. The beach has a linen umbrella and a small table, reserved exclusively for the house. Guest access Beach access The house has an assigned umbrella and table. The condominium has all the common areas described above. Other things to note - Pets are not allowed. - Until the summer season begins, the condominiums' provision is to place a mound of sand, but you still have access to walk along the seashore past the mound. Only until the summer season begins, the condominium allows construction and remodeling of the houses. - Prior to booking, a complete list of the people who will be staying at the house will be requested, so that surveillance access can be generated.
