Our place is in a 55+ neighborhood, (at least one person must be 55), close to shopping, transportation, restaurants and recreation. Spacious, it includes all the comforts of home. Streaming TV, Dishes, linens, spices, BBQ grill & outdoor seating. Bed configuration is: 1 King, 1 Queen. Base rate is for 2 adults in master and additional guests or room access will incur fees. Pets allowed with Non-Refundable Pet Deposit. Easy access to I-8. 15 minutes to Algodones. The space This is a fully-functional home. While you are charged a cleaning fee, my cleaning person will not clean the refrigerator or the oven. Please try to leave it the way you found it. Make sure you take the trash out, as sometimes she cannot get over to clean right away. That being said, I know you will love our place as much as we do. Guest access Guests have access to all outdoor patio sections of the property as well as covered parking. There is a small grill available for guest use and larger grill is not to be used by guests. No RV's, boats or trailers without prior permission. Two of the bedrooms are lockoffs ... opened depending on number of guests on the reservation. 1 room = 2 guests, 2 rooms = 3-4 guests, etc. Please note, I will not accomodate for add-on guests to a reservation for stays less than 3 days. Other things to note No pets without prior approval and non-refundable pet deposit. Please be aware that property does have multiple exterior surveillance cameras that are connected to a notification system. Guests may not tamper with surveillance camera, as it necessitates a service call from monitoring company and may incur additional fees. Washer & dryer are available for use. However, detergent belongs to host cleaning crew. Please provide your favorite, if you wish to launder. Washer can be finicky. Contact host if you want to use it washer/dryer. No RVs, trailers, or boats without prior permissions. Due to liability issues, no overnight guests other than registered guests: i.e. booked for two and four guests at property.
