Sleepy Hollow adorable peaceful guesthouse.

This unique place has a special style all its own. You will love seeing the incredible stars at night, going to sleep to the awesome sounds of the ocean, waking up in the midst of peppermint trees, walking to many beautiful places and snoozing in the quiet afternoon in this classic beachside neighbourhood of Gnarabup, Margaret River's favourite swimming beach. You will have your own entrance, bathroom and plenty of private outdoor space to just relax. The space Sleepy Hollow Guesthouse is an architect designed studio made of wooden frame and walls with a high raked ceiling and 4 sets of tall aluminium shutters around the room that create a sense of connection with the outdoors, while still being private. The polished wooden floor is softened with a beautiful kilim rug and there are lots of cosy touches in this space to help you relax and have some quiet time away. The space has been created for guests to enjoy peace and privacy. It consists of a modern wooden framed queen sized bed, with quality linen, reverse-cycle A/C, a super comfortable 3 seater sofa and a kitchenette that includes microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle, complimentary tea, coffee and milk. The bathroom adjoins the guesthouse via an external door, and includes a shower, toilet and vanity. Towels are provided and guests can also enjoy complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and sunscreen. A basic first aid kit can be found here, along with hairdryer. The outdoor area offers a simple seating area in the garden along with a Weber bbq. In order to maximise space in the guesthouse, other facilities including reading material and board games are stored in the sideboard you will see upon entry to the landing area from your car. If you forget to bring something, and need help, please ask. Guest access Guests can have use of the area from the free off-street parking, through a nearby gate into landing area, to the rear of the property where the guesthouse is located. The guesthouse is separated from our home for privacy, by a bamboo fence. Other things to note Sleepy Hollow is the perfect location for those walking the Cape to Cape (C2C). It’s so close to the beach and trails, you can rest up before your next section. We even have heat packs for weary shoulders. If you're planning on walking, I can keep you posted regarding crossability of the river to help you with planning. Well behaved pets are welcome.
