The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights. The space If you plan to travel with an infant, we have a pack and play available. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor picnic area at the side of the garage (ground level) w picnic table, string lights, charcoal grill, and a small seasonal garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the garage. High ceilings and updated decor make the home feel comfortable and spacious! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook and a small coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee maker, King bed, Bathroom w Tub/Shower Combo, small desk area. Some traffic noise is possible since the house is located near a main roadway. We do offer a sound machine in the bedroom for your convenience. Shared (w tenants in Apt 2) washer and dryer available on ground level . Guest access A washer and dryer are available to use during your stay located in the building but on the 1st floor (shared w our tenants in Apt 2). Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor picnic area and grill. Charcoal and grilling tools are located right inside the door downstairs to the left. Please note Witmer Estate is a guest home so you may see other guests if you are outside. Please respect the other guests space. You might also meet/see Apt. 2 tenants. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. *Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
