The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w grill picnic table & lights. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the garage. High ceilings and updated decor make the home feel comfortable and spacious! We have a pack and play available if you plan to travel with an infant. *The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook and a small coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee maker & a selection on pods. The living room offers a couch, Smart TV (log into your own accounts, we do not provide any subscriptions) & workspace if you need to work during your stay. The bedroom has a king bed, (bed linens provided), dresser & en suite Bathroom w Tub/Shower Combo. Public Goods Brand Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner provided, Towels Provided A Washer and Dryer is located in the main level of the garage (access through the interior door at the bottom of the stairs, follow the roped off area) this is shared with our tenants in Apt 2. Outdoors, there is a small patio at the side of the garage w string lights, a picnic table, grill, and seasonal garden (charcoal and grilling tools are just inside the interior door at the bottom of the stairs). *Please Note: Some traffic noise is possible since the house is located near a main roadway. We do offer a sound machine in the bedroom for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. *A washer and dryer are available to use during your stay located in the building on the entry level. Access through the interior door at the bottom of the stairs, follow the roped off area (shared w our tenants in Apt 2). *Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor picnic area and grill. Charcoal and grilling tools are located right inside the interior door at the bottom of the stairs. *Please note Witmer Estate is a guest home so you may see other guests if you are outside. Please respect the other guests space. You might also meet/see Jonathan & Isabelle our Apt. 2 tenants. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance.
