The space The space Guest will enjoy the luxury of the full apartment on a self catering basis. On site, there is a extremely well maintained, large shared pool located just beneath your terrace, on the ground floor. Guests will more than likely have sole use of the pool as we find many residents do not use it daily! The complex is renowned on the island for being well kept, safe and peaceful. It’s mainly highly sought after for its location and ease of access to surroundings and well kept grounds. Car recommend as with all places in Paphos…there really is so much too see. Air conditioning….We installed 3, although these properties only have 1 as that is adequate to cool these apartments. As AC breaks down a lot in Cyprus, we ensured x2 back ups! Guest access Access via lift and stairs Other things to note CHILDREN ARE CATERED FOR! Cot, high chair and plastic utensils available for our younger guests. Guest access Private Parking is located at the front of the entrance of the Apartment so all guests have easy access. Guests can access all parts of the apartment space. Access via lift and stairs. Other things to note - All passports/IDs can be stored with Safe that is provided in the apartment. - Lead guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the property. - Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. - In case of loss of accommodation keys, the Service fee 35-60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by the guest. - Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Cyprus Police. - Building rules and procedures must be adhered to by guests. - At the end of the reservation, the premises and it’s fixture and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessarily repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Airport transfers available at half price for our guests.
