This charming place is located in Böheimkirchen, between St. Pölten and Vienna. Located right on the A1 Westautobahn (just 1 minute by car) and the Westbahn train line, making it easy to get here by car or train. Retreat to your room or enjoy the time in the shared kitchen or the idyllic garden. Free parking is available in front of the house – there is also a public EV charging station for electric vehicles just a 5-minute walk away. The space Apartment 1 is located on the 2nd floor (note: you have to climb a steep staircase) and consists of 2 rooms. A large bedroom with a cozy double bed, a single bed, and a table with chairs. This is also where you will find the TV and access to the sunny south-facing balcony (Pssst: this is the perfect spot for your morning coffee). The second room has a comfortable couch where you can either read and relax or sleep, because you can easily pull it out and turn it into a bed. There is also a small refrigerator here where you can store your snacks (of course, you also have access to the large refrigerator in the shared kitchen). The bathroom has everything you need in the morning or in the evening after your long day: a hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a hairdryer. Tip: In the summer, you can also cool off perfectly here thanks to the built-in air conditioning. Please note: This apartment is accessible via a steep staircase. The kitchen and garden are also used by other residents. Guest access Guests have access to Apartment 1, which consists of 2 rooms, a private bathroom, and a large balcony. You can access the apartment via the shared kitchen and the staircase. During your stay We are flexible – would you like to discuss your needs? We love to talk and interact with our guests.
