The Place

Perfectly located in a quiet, mixed use residential & commercial side street on the edge of St Helier, this property is a 5 minute walk from the busy centre of town. It's close to restaurants & bars as well as the tranquility of Howard Davis Park which is literally just around the corner. Stroll just a little a little further on to the golden beach and pool at Havre de Pas. The main bus station is a 15 minute walk or 20 mins to St Clement golf, tennis, squash & padel complex. The space The property features a bright & spacious living area with 4K TV Netflix/prime leading to a dining area & fully fitted etc.kitchen with coffee machine and nutriblend The bedroom has ample storage, a large, comfy super-king bed & 4K TV. There's a lovely bathroom with a bath & a large, separate walk in shower. Downstairs is a private patio, under-cover parking & a utility room with washer/dryer & luggage storage.. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves... Other things to note Air BnB will send you the arrival guide 48 hours before you check in. Please look out for this as it has all your check ion information and detailed location info. You should be able to access this via the app also - just go to 'Details' top right of your booking. If you require early check in or late check out please let us know at the time of booking, if we can accommodate this we will. Sometimes it's not possible on same day turn overs or if our cleaners can't get in early enough. When we can help there is no charge. There is free parking available, but please let us know if you're bringing a car as we still use the space occasionally if it's not required and we will make sure it's clear if you need it. The house is set over two floors, there are two short flights of stairs, one leads from the road to the front door and one from the bathroom/bedroom to the living area. The patio is on the ground floor behind the utility and parking area. We have a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine in the house. We do leave a few capsules there, but if you're staying longer or have a preferred blend, you might like to bring some with you as they are not easily purchased in shops.
