Terrace, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one double and one triple). Very bright. Free WI-FI, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, induction cooker. The heating is autonomous. Well-served neighbourhood, close to all the main services, Turin center 20 minutes away by public transport. The space Entering the bright corridor, immediately on the left the first double room for 1/2 people. Going forward to the right we find the second triple room (1 double bed and one single bed). This room has a small balcony overlooking the street. We find the kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, the bathroom which has also been recently renovated and finally a large and typical Italian terrace with a comfortable sofa, table and two chairs. On the terrace there is also the washing machine and an ironing board. Guest access Guests will be welcomed by the landlady, sign the tourist lease contract and provide the details of the documents. Dog supplement 30 euros per stay. For safety and hygiene reasons, the second room will be closed for bookings of 1/2 guests. As per the contract, I ask you to leave the apartment in the condition in which it was found and subletting is strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the terrace. Important: the apartment is always photographed before the guest's entry to demonstrate the state in which it is delivered on the day of check-in. A refund will then be requested from the guest for any damage caused inside the apartment or missing or damaged items.
