My name is Elisa, owner of Torino Casa Maria, the home of my beloved grandparents since the 1940s. I renovated it with great care and am delighted to welcome guests from all over the world. I have been a professional host for over four years, welcoming hundreds of guests and striving to provide a reliable and pleasant experience for every stay. Thanks to the attention I dedicate to cleanliness, guest assistance, and hospitality, my property is among the most appreciated accommodations in Turin for its high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I always try to be present in person for check-in. However, if I am unavailable due to work or other commitments, a self check-in option is available. **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** ### Linen and Towels As a registered **Tourist Rental (Locazione Turistica)**, rather than a holiday home accommodation (Casa Vacanze), I am not required to provide bed linen and towels as part of the rental service. Guests are therefore kindly asked to bring their own bed linen and towels for the duration of their stay. Should you prefer to have linen and towels provided by the property, this service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of **€30 per stay**, payable at the property upon arrival. If you wish to request linen and towels, please let me know before your arrival so that I can prepare them for your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ### Self Check-in Procedure You will be able to access the apartment independently. However, Italian law requires that the following self check-in procedure be completed: 1. Please send a copy of a valid ID for each guest via mobile or through the booking platform so that I can prepare the short-term rental agreement. 2. Upon arrival at **Via Caraglio 83, Turin**, ring the doorbell marked **“Tomaselli E.A.M.”** 3. Wait for the entrance door to be opened remotely. 4. Go up to the first floor (please note that there is no elevator). 5. Each guest must take a selfie clearly showing their face together with the ID previously provided. 6. Once this step has been completed, you will receive the code to unlock the smart lock. ### Keys * Blue key: apartment entrance * Hexagonal key: main gate * Purple key: courtyard access (garbage bins area) You will find the rental agreement on the table inside the apartment. For safety and hygiene reasons, the second room will be closed for bookings of 1/2 guests. As per the contract, I ask you to leave the apartment in the condition in which it was found and subletting is strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the terrace. Important: the apartment is always photographed before the guest's entry to demonstrate the state in which it is delivered on the day of check-in. A refund will then be requested from the guest for any damage caused inside the apartment or missing or damaged items. Other things to note Upon arrival, signing of the lease contract for short-term rentals as required by the Municipality of Turin. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on the terrace and on the balcony. Leave the apartment in the same condition it was found. Dog supplement 30 euros per stay.
