Welcome to this beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath updated condo, with pool, close to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk. The deck overlooks the ocean and provides AMAZING views, and there's a private walkway to the beach. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk and many other bars and restaurants. The unit is freshly renovated with a light and modern feel and is a true oceanfront paradise. Stay here and enjoy relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves, and watching for dolphins! The space This is a great beachfront updated condo, close to the boardwalk and so many fun things to do! Sleeping and bath arrangements -master bedroom (queen) with en suite bathroom -2nd bedroom has bunk beds, each with full size mattresses that can each sleep two -linens and bath towels included along w/ washer and dryer, but please bring your own beach towels Other Amenities -short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants, bars, and music -pool open May - October, with the exact dates to be determined by the HOA -free parking for 2 cars, but you need to put the parking tag on your dash -beach access via private walkway -outdoor shower near the pool -new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher -washer/dryer for your use -full kitchen with all the supplies -keurig coffee maker with mugs and a starter pack of keurig pods and creamers -TVs in living room and both bedrooms with spectrum cable TV, Roku sticks (access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc), and 400 Mbps high speed internet -dedicated work space in the master bedroom -kid friendly books and toys Nearby Entertainment and Attractions (check out the digital guidebook you'll receive prior to your stay) -famous Carolina Beach boardwalk with concerts, festivals, and amusement park type rides (in the summer) -lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance -fireworks near the boardwalk on Thursday nights throughout the summer (weather permitting) -lots of nearby ice cream options -Carolina Beach State Park -Fort Fischer aquarium and state park -Freeman Park -boat charters, ferry rides, island cruises, and excursions -jet ski, boat, bike, and golf cart rentals -kayaking and paddle boats with other beach toy rentals -disc golf -Carolina Beach Pier -scuba diving and surf school -escape room -shopping -Wilmington attractions: Riverwalk, WWII Battleship North Carolina, Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park, UNC Wilmington athletics, Wilmington Sharks (baseball) House Rules -No pets -No parties or events -No smoking on the property premises (including inside the unit, in the stairwell, on the deck/patio, or on the property grounds). Violating this rule will cause a $500 additional cleaning fee. Please, just don't smoke. -Must be at least 25 years old to book -We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out requests. If the space is ready for an early check in, we will let you know! -The HOA must have access to the unit the first Thursday of every month for a routine pest control treatment. This is typically in the morning but potentially could be variable. It should only take a few minutes. If there are no guests present at the time of their arrival, then the HOA/pest crew shall have the right to use a code to enter and treat the unit and will lock up afterwards. If they are not allowed entrance, I am charged a $75 fee and that will be passed on to you. -No refunds due to weather
