This is a NO Smoking property. No pets allowed. * Reservations during the summer season (May 31st - Aug 23rd 2025) check-in and check-out on Saturdays only The space Ocean Isle Beach is a premier NC family vacation location! Oceanfront condominium (900sqft) recently updated with complete interior renovation and all new appliances to set the perfect beach vibe for this gorgeous OIB getaway, the balcony view speaks for itself!! The unit is on the building's first floor, accessed by two flights of stairs from the building's private parking area. The building is not handicap accessible. Adults have your own space in the Master bedroom "Captains Quarters" with Queen bed and private full bathroom, the second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and additional twin bed for all the kiddos. TV's in living room and master bedroom. Private beach access, pool access, and convenient on-site parking **Linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels must be provided by the guest.** A paper towel & toilet paper starter kit to make your arrival and check-in easy and hassle free. *This is a NO SMOKING property, this includes the unit, balcony, and breezeway. NO pets.* Guest access Pool and beach access are shared with other guest staying in the building but are not open to the public. Other things to note There will a paper goods starter kit (Paper towels & toilet paper) provided as well as linen and bath towels. Beach towels must be provided by the guest. *This property is protected with a Ring audio/video doorbell camera. Booking the property implies acknowledgement and consent of the camera as a measure to protect the property and its guests.* The pool and laundry facility are maintained by the HOA and shared with other residents/guests of the building. I, as the owner/host of the condo do not have any control over the maintenance of those amenities to include unforeseen periods of service or repair. If there are any known issues that would affect your stay I will certainly let you know but am not responsible for these amenities as I cannot personally control or monitor their use or maintenance. Golf carts, trailers, and boats are not allowed in the buildings parking area and may be towed at the owners expense.
