My cozy little nest is ideally located at the bottom of a very quiet courtyard, overlooking the Parc de la Villette on one side and on the other side a very pleasant shopping street (Rue Eugène Jumin: bakers, butchers, florist, wine merchants, cheese makers etc.) The 60 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, very bright, with a nice living room, an open kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and two bedrooms. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet kits will be provided with great pleasure! The space My nice apartment is composed of a large living room very nicely decorated, a kitchen open to the living room. Separate shower room and toilet, And two large bedrooms with moldings and fireplace. In each bedroom, a double bed. There's also a sofa bed in the living room. So in all 3 beds, for 2 people each. 1 bed per bedroom (2 beds in all) and a sofa in the living room. Oak parquet throughout the apartment. The apartment is very bright! And very quiet… a haven of peace after your long days of walking around Paris!! This is our apartment where we really live, you will have access to all the manga and comics of my children, to all the games, to all our excellent cooking basics, you will have a real Parisian experience!!! This is the apartment where I live with my two sons. Our belongings will therefore be present in the apartment, please take care of them! In addition, the condominium is family-owned.
