The space *FREE PARKING FOR LONG STAYS* Newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment within a highly sought-after premium apartment block. Decorated to a very high standard, both bijou rooms have been uniquely styled and purposefully designed to create the most of the space available with a vanity desk area and space to store & hang your clothes. We have 1 normal sized double bed (not a small double) and a 'zip & link' king-size bed which can create 2 x single beds instead. The living room consists of a modern sofa and TV is an amibilight HD 4K Internet tv where we can provide Netflix and access to other Internet-based accounts. We have a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Most amenities are provided for within the flat, additional items can be hired should you not wish to bring your own. Please check details for your requirements. The apartment has lift access with a set of stairs leading up to it. Restaurants are just below and on and round the corner. The famous Bournemouth Winter Gardens are just over the road. And last but not least is our famous blue flag beach also just on the other side of the road too! You really couldn’t be any closer to it all! Parking - General paid parking is on the street or over the road in central carpark at about £5.80 per 24hrs (cheapest central carpark)! (Please ref listing photos) Long stay parking with multiple entries & security lighting is 5 min walk at Hotel Piccadilly. Guest access Guest access is via lock-box. Details will be sent out day of your arrival around 2-3pm once the code has been changed per guest - ready for entrance at 3pm. Unfortunately housekeeping have a very tight schedule to turn this flat around which takes 4 hours without it being left in a state so we appreciated if you keep to hour check out time. * CONSIDERATION * Please note this is a residential block and therefore family homes. We expect you to be considerate in your noise levels to our neighbours above below and to the side. They will soon inform us if you have not been and a review will be left accordingly. * UNAUTHORISED GUESTS / RUNNING OF BUSINESS From the premises (including personal services) * will NOT be tolerated due to the above considerations mentioned along with the safety of the premises, block and the use of the facilities and hygiene cleanup or replacement of damages. Deterrent £1000. *THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT * All smoking is to be done externally of the building. This includes NO hanging out of windows. If even a wiff of cigarette smoke within the apartment is detected there is a £200 fine. * ESSENTIAL BUNDLE * Due to the extremely close proximity of our apartment to the beach, we now only provide white towels as a hire purchase request from the laundry company. Along with some other items should you not wish to bring your own. Please see list below. Asda & corner shop is also near by. * SINGLE BEDS * Surcharge of £15 for splitting beds. We are charged the extra time and linen costs from housekeeping. * WASHING MACHINE * and tumble dryer are £1 coin operated Oct - April only. * DAMAGES * All damages will be reimbursed and replaced on a like for like basis including postage. * LOSS OF KEYS * £150 * HEATING * We accept that everyone has different levels of comfort, However due to some guests pushing the heating up to 30+ with the windows open we now have a fair usage policy of 24° as more than fair maximum heat. Heating use logged above 24° will have a surcharge of £10 per day. * HELP * Just drop me a text message (or call if urgent), & I will endeavour to do what I can. Text message is sometimes easier to respond to as I work. Outside of 9-5 'may be' charged at £20 per call out dependant on guest fault ie. key loss. * T&C's * Cancellation is possible past the T&C's** but a full refund is ONLY given IF we are able to replace your dates with a further guest booking.
