The room is inside the hosts home but is totally private as the guest room is closed off to the rest of the house. The passage area is used for the coffee station as well as to store suitcases, etc. non-smokers are preferred in this room. During your stay We’re Neil and Shirley, and we live on the property — but don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of privacy. The Anchor Room is part of our home, but it’s fully closed off with its own entrance, so you can come and go as you please. You might hear us now and then as we go about our day (along with our two well-behaved dogs, Teddy and Rocky), but we’ve done our best to soundproof the space for your comfort. We’re always happy to suggest local outings, hidden gems, or great places to eat — just let us know! Otherwise, we’ll leave you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Other things to note The Anchor Room is a private suite within the hosts’ home, located below TGSA-registered 4-star holiday apartments. 🏡 Important House Rules Please take note of the following before booking: 👨‍👩‍👧 Children Children aged 12 and over are welcome. (Not suitable for younger children.) 🎉 No Parties or Events Strictly no parties or events allowed on the property. 🚭 Smoking Policy No smoking inside the unit or on the private patio. A designated smoking area is available on the shared balcony. 🚫 Prohibited Behaviour & Items No drugs, no firearms, and no disorderly behaviour permitted at any time. 🅿️ Parking Safe off-street parking is available in limited supply.
