Peninnis Farm Lodges - Isles of Scilly

*Only out of season dates available* Weekly discount offered We have 7 fully equipped lodges on our small family run farm that each sleep 4 (+1) in a double room with king size bed and a bunkbed room with a fold out single bed. Peninnis Farm is ideally located as we are away from the hustle and bustle but only a short pleasant walk away from Hugh Town. On either side of the farm are some of the island’s best beaches, Porthcressa and Old Town beach and the harbour is only a 10 min walk away. The space The lodges have an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a modern shower room and an outdoor area with a BBQ/Fire pit. The lodges all have complimentary Wi-Fi, a wood burner, smart TV, dishwasher, ironing facilities, cots and highchairs. We are perfect for winter breaks as the lodges are ideally located for storm watching from Peninnis Head followed by cosy evenings in front of the wood burner. On our small family run farm we have chickens, Ruby Red Devon cattle and pigs, at certain times of the year we will have piglets and calves. Children are welcome to join Farmer Dan in the mornings on the animal round to collect the eggs and feed the pigs. Our free range eggs and locally reared bacon and sausages are available to purchase on site for the perfect breakfast.​​​ Dogs are welcome and we charge £50 per dog. Please mention before booking if you wish to bring a dog as not all lodges are dog friendly. The lodges are suitable for families or couples with only 2 or 3 adults staying as the second bedroom is small with bunk beds & the fold out single bed is only suitable for under 12s. Other things to note Although a holiday on Scilly is still within the UK, travel can still be disrupted and so we strongly recommend and urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance cover to include cancellation and travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
