Several of our neighbors are 2nd generation. There is an excellent restaurant just one block away. It's a 5 minute walk to Buffalo Bayou Park, a 160 acre green space featuring art moderne sculptures, winding walking/biking trails, skate park, and bike/boat rentals. You will be a short Uber ride (about $6) from restaurants, midtown/downtown, the theater district and art museums. Take Uber to the light rail (about $6). The train goes to the medical center and NRG Stadium. Upon returning from your adventures, enjoy a cocktail on your private second story deck Guest access You will have a private entrance opening to the private staircase going upstairs. You will have access to the entire second story. There are 2 bathrooms with tubs and showers. The spacious kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and a door leading to your second story private deck. A washer and dryer are on premises at no charge. Free street parking available from 8AM – 6PM Monday through Sunday. We can provide daily parking permits if needed which are required to park 6PM – 8AM Monday through Sunday.
