Welcome back! Welcome! This is the Kyomachi-style inn, Kamiwatari, located next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. It is a cozy old house. A nostalgic Japanese house built over 100 years ago and a townscape with the atmosphere of an ancient capital. Please relax as if it were your own home in Kyoto. 5-minute walk from Imadegawa Station on the Karasuma Subway Line. It's a great location for both sightseeing and business! Use this as a base for going to A-to-Z places! Tokudaira-cho, Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, where the accommodation is located… It is a quiet area that maintains its presence in the center of Kyoto, which has continued since the Heian period Harimei Shrine is near the west side To the north is Muromachi Makiko, the residence of flowers At the western encampment of General Yamanakasu, the commander of the Onin War (the origin of the name Nishijin) The birthplace of Saionji-ori, the Nishijin area is also nearby The area is a tea town with 3,000 households Right next door is Reikoden Tenmangu Shrine, which enshrines Sugawara no Michizane and Toyotomi Kagehisa Kyoto Imperial Palace is next door You can be healed by seasonal plants while strolling through the Imperial Garden. For ★1-2 guests  Between the★ tsubaki garden (6-tatami Japanese-style room)   There is a "Tsubo-tei" across the west-facing "En-mise"☆.   Cherry blossoms bloom♪ ★3 ~ 4 guests  Between the★ tatami mat room (6 tatami mats)  ★Earth-floored room (4.5-tatami sized Japanese-style room)   Adjacent to the entrance dirt floor. You can come and go through both sliding doors.   There is an east-facing window facing Shinmachi-dori Street. (You can hear the sound of cars driving by) ★Shared space  ★Dining room (flooring 5.5 tatami)   There is a south-facing window.   There is a wooden table for 5 people. There is a TV, cupboards, and more.    ★Kitchen   It is fully equipped with various cooking utensils and dishes. Feel free to use them.   Feel free to enjoy coffee and tea as well♪     < Shared refrigerator, instant kettle, microwave, gas stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, pop-up toaster, various dishes, various cooking utensils, various seasonings, etc. >  Hallway to the★ bathroom and toilet with a north-facing view of the courtyard. Guest access Feel free to use the shared space on the ground floor. Please refrain from entering the second floor as it is a space for other guests and hosts. Other things to note This accommodation is an old Japanese house called a "Kyomachi-ya", which is a combination of a residence and a workplace.  Unlike regular hotels and inns, the building is old and the basic structure is communal living.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. It is a quiet residential area that is adjacent to the neighboring houses.  Please be quiet during your stay in consideration of the neighbors. Please refrain from partying. Please refrain from eating and drinking in the courtyard or outdoors. Please let me know if you are going to be checking in late or if you get lost. * If you stay at an accommodation in Kyoto, you are required to pay an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.
