The space The main level has an open kitchen, living room, and dining area — great for cooking in after a day on the sand. Both bedrooms are upstairs with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and sound machines for a solid night's sleep. The bathroom and washer/dryer are also upstairs, convenient after a day at the beach. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Step out through the sliding glass door onto a private paver patio with custom privacy fencing — a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. Free street parking right out front means no hunting for a spot. A pack and play is available for families with infants. Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for fresh sea bass off the mesquite grill. Whole Foods is 6 minutes on foot for easy grocery runs. O-Ku's rooftop sushi and TacoLu's fish tacos are each about a 3-minute drive — Jacksonville Beach's best eats are right there. Summer means the pier, surf shops, and outdoor dining are all in full swing. Keyless entry lets you check in on your own schedule — no key exchange needed. The kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig, coffee, cooking basics, and dish supplies. Beach towels, laundry detergent, and full-size bath products are included. High-speed WiFi throughout.
