Great location 5 minutes East of I25 and centrally located between Denver, Fort Collins, and Boulder in a quiet neighborhood in the rural community of Johnstown. Please be aware I do have a cat. Fellow musicians are extra-welcome! The space I am a musician, artist, and Gen X "hippie." My decor and aesthetic choices mirror that. I also love tech and gadgets. The house is powered by solar and has lots of tech and smart devices. Guest access Guest bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, living room, den, outside areas including front porch and back patio. Other things to note I have occasional band rehearsals in the basement studio on Tuesday and Sunday evenings that typically wrap up by 9pm. I will do my best to accommodate guests but last minute bookings are hard to schedule around. I will do my best to clarify this at the time of booking if there is a potential schedule conflict.
