We are just a few minutes away from Downtown Columbus, German Village, COSI, OSU, and Nationwide Arena. The room is also equipped with a TV with streaming services, towels, and extra blankets. We are close to attractions, concert/event venues, airport: 1.5 miles to German Village 7.6 miles to John Glenn International Airport 3.1 miles to Greater Columbus Convention Center 7.9 miles to OSU Stadium 4 miles to Short North Arts District 3.3 miles to Nationwide Arena 7.6 miles to Schottenstein Center - You will have access to common areas (comfortable living room, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen), these areas are shared with other guests. - Rooms have keypad lock and door lock latch, we will provide the room codes on the day of your arrival, but we recommend guests to customize their own room codes using the instructions we’ll provide. - Rooms have a bed, TV (equipped with streaming services such as Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Paramount+, Netflix, HBOMax, Bet+) - We provide extra blankets and towels. - You’re more than welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook, or store your food in the fridge or kitchen cabinets. But please do adhere to house rules when using common areas. Be sure to label your food. - We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion. - Help yourself with coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are available in the kitchen. Please don’t hesitate to message us if you need instructions to use the coffee maker. - Laundry is available for use between 3PM-10PM for $5/load (detergent is included) - Free well light street parking only. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, including the stove, pots and pans for cooking, guests can have access to the fridge and cabinets labeled guest storage for their food items. Guests will need to label their food otherwise they will be thrown away during clean up day. Full bathroom is on the second floor and a half bathroom on the main floor. Onsite laundry area, accessible after $5/load fee is paid (laundry time is only between 3pm-10pm). Free street parking is also available for your convenience. Please note that once your reservation is confirmed, you have agreed to terms and conditions of our house policy. Be sure to READ the house rules prior to making a reservation: HOUSE RULES: - No parties or events. - Not suitable for infants and kids. - Quiet down at 10pm. - Wear proper clothing in the common area - Be respectful and considerate to other guests and staff - No unconfirmed guest (if you need to add an extra guest or visitor coming, please reach out to the host). - Clean after yourself if you use the common areas. - No smoking or vaping inside the house. - No drugs. - No pets. - You will be responsible for paying for any damages incurred during your stay. - No unplugging the security cameras. - No violence or verbal abuse. - Cancellation policy is strict. **If you break the house rules, cause disturbance, or disrespect the house and the other guest, you will be asked to leave without refund. ** During your stay I don't live on site but I am available if you need assistance. We only communicate through Airbnb app, so please do not hesitate to message me on the app if you have any questions or issues. Other things to note All reservations are final. If you wish to extend your stay, you will need to create a new reservation.
