Batu Villa at Villa Kelapa Langkawi

Villa Batu is one of four guest houses of the Villa Kelapa property with its spacious tropical garden. The villa is built in the traditional Malay Kampung style, but finished off with all of the modern conveniences, such as a lavish veranda and stylish kitchen & bathrooms. The balcony overlooks the rice padi fields, where stunning sunsets can be admired. Villa Kelapa is located in the green heart of the island. The layout plan in the picture gallery shows details on the 115 sqm of Villa Batu. The space Villa Batu is a beautifully designed, modern Malay style house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and high ceilings, which is the ideal tropical destination to a relaxing holiday for two couples or a family. It provides a king-size and a queen-size bed for four guests, but the number of guests can be extended to five by adding an extra bed. The villa is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, free WiFi and an advanced drinking water system. Both of the luxuriously designed bathrooms are equipped with double washing basins, a shower and a toilet with toilet shower. The modern kitchen features a fridge, stove, toaster, water kettle, rice cooker, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. For our guest’s convenience there is a BBQ area, pedal bikes and private covered parking. Guest access Guests have private access to all of Villa Batu, share private, covered parking space, and they will be able to use the salt water infinity pool with adjoining straw roofed bar on the Villa Kelapa site - 1 minute away from the front door of Batu. There is also a BBQ area allocated for guests as well as two pedal bikes. Other things to note The gorgeous natural setting of Villa Kelapa comes with visits from the local wildlife. Be prepared for wildlife visits including insects and lizards outside and inside your villa. Our resident cats and dogs roam free on the property. A filtered tap for drinking water is available in the villa. Please say NO to plastic bottles. Villa Kelapa is a gated property which provides additional security for our guests. It is important that you advise us your flight number and your arrival time to Villa Kelapa for us to schedule someone for your arrival. You may not be able to enter and may have to wait if no one is around.
