Detached house with pool on the outskirts of Nantes

The city in the countryside! We are pleased to host you in our 180 m2 family home Located near the Carrière park, it has an outdoor swimming pool heated between May and October, not overlooked. It is possible to park several cars inside the property. Very bright, quiet and close to the city center, it is ideal for family or business stays. Looking forward to welcoming you soon :-) The space This is our family home which has 5 bedrooms. A master bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet: 2 children's bedrooms with 1 single bed 1 bedroom with pool view with a double bed (sofa bed) 1 game room that can be used as a dormitory with 2 single beds. The ground floor has just been refurbished with the installation of a new kitchen with all the necessary appliances. We have also redone all the paintings to accommodate you in a healthy and friendly space. Guest access The house is conveniently located 15 min from the train station and airport. It also offers direct access to the main roads that will allow you to be on the coast in less than 40 min (35 min for Pornic and 45 for La Baule) Other things to note The courtyard in front of the house can potentially be shared with our tenant to whom we rent an outbuilding year-round. She will probably be on vacation when you come. In any case, only the courtyard is accessible to her, the pool remains private.
