Cozy House in the Heart of Vibrant Wine Country

Minimum stay: 31 days Welcome to the 'Shady Mile'. Come and relax in our house for 3 people. A cozy place in which you will have all the comforts of home. Conveniently located between the two lovely villages of Dunham and Frelighsburg. Amenities and delicacies are just a 5 minute drive away. Close to many wineries, cideries, micro breweries, orchards, farm-fresh produce, walking trails and cycling routes. The space A cozy and newly renovated bungalow - comfortable and fully equipped. You have access to a full eat-in kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. The living room is bright with large windows - a great space to lounge around and log into one of your streaming accounts for a good movie. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. Bedding and towels are provided. A desk in one of the bedrooms provides a quite place to work. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. A washer and dryer are also at your disposal. A covered porch in the front, and a deck in the back to enjoy a meal. NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO PARTIES Located on a wine route, you can visit several nearby vineyards, microbreweries and cider houses while enjoying breath-taking views. Numerous hiking trails are within a 10-30 minute drive. Also located on a popular cycling route, you may wish to take advantage of a beautiful bike ride. Public lake access is just a 10-minute drive away. For winter outdoor enthusiasts, you will only be 20 minutes from Mont Sutton or 30 minutes from Mont Bromont. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. Several cross-country ski or snowshoe trails are readily available. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property, excluding the garage.
