Located in the oldest neighborhood of Durango City, just 3 blocks from the historic center, you won't need to take any transportation. It is just a 10-minute walk from Guadiana Park, viewpoint and cable car as well as a few blocks from the best restaurant in the city. There are endless places to eat and have breakfast as we are in a school area. Come and enjoy the area. The space It has a living room, kitchen with built-in kitchenette and bar with benches. 2 bedrooms, 1 of them with 2 single beds and the other with a queen size bed. The patio has a washing machine and a 7kg washer-dryer Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Climbing beyond the apartment level is prohibited. Other things to note The cost for using the washing machine is $200 pesos. Payment must be made before use and can be used throughout the stay. Guests are prohibited from going beyond the 2nd floor of the building.
