A 3000sqft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom lower level Suite in our home on a 4.5acre estate, 2 blocks from LINDEN GARDEN. It has an open floor plan with breathtaking Lake/Mountain views. The living room has great furniture, Smart TV, gas fireplace & a kitchen with stainless appliances. Relax on a breezy patio with your coffee/beer or wine. Or just catch up with that project of yours. Beach, Trails and countless wineries to visit are near by. The space A fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless appliances: electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, cookware, fine china ware, glassware, cutlery… All bedrooms have high quality mattresses & bedding, fluffy cotton bathrobes and flat screen smart TVs. Master bedroom has a king size bed, closets & large ensuite with stand-up shower, hair dryer and washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a separate ensuite with a bathtub/standing shower. Guest access The suite is all yours to enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would want your own place be taken care of. Please shake the sand off at the front door; it has caused plumbing issues when washed off in shower/bath. Other things to note Welcome to our "Humble Estate Retreat". We are excited to have you as guests and hope that you will enjoy your stay. Kaleden is a very quiet and secure neighborhood: NO party, NO-SMOKING (ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY). NO pet allowed: one of the kids has severe allergies. The property has a controlled electric gate. The house is located at the end of a 300m drive way from the gate. There is plenty room in front of the house to park your vehicles. We will provide you with the suite door and gate access codes so that you can go and come in as you please during your stay. We live upstairs and work from home most of the times . If there is anything you need or if have a question, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate as we strive to make your stay memorable.
