Home in Atlanta

Two story owner occupied home in quiet SW Atlanta neighborhood, with a cozy space that includes a private bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level. The bedroom has a mini fridge, microwave, large Smart TV with surround sound, WiFi, and comfortable resting accommodations and more. The home is located in the southwest area of Atlanta less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Access to Marta via a short walk less than 10 minutes. The space This is a smoke free zone indoors. If you need to smoke you have access to the space outside of the home. Fines will be assessed for smoking indoors. Parking is available on the far left side of the driveway. If you have a bike or motorcycle that you need to have covered, the garage may be available for use upon approval. The home is protected by a security monitoring system as well as cameras on the exterior of the home. This neighborhood is one of the most quiet neighborhoods in Southwest ATL. Guest access Guests have access to the bottom level (Basement) of the home. You will access the home through the garage, with a key pad located on the right side of the garage door. There is a private room and bathroom with great stylish upgrades. Guests can also use the deck located in the back of the home at their leisure. The backyard is about an acre of wooded land, though many of the smaller trees have been removed, allowing guests to walk the property. During your stay I am always a call away if I’m not in the home. You can call or text me, for any questions or concerns. I am typically at work between the hours of 8 and 5, but if I’m home I’m pretty laid back, so feel free to spark up a conversation if you would like. We will likely only encounter if I access the garage. However, I’m pretty spontaneous so I may cook or make dessert and will likely invite you to share whatever I have at the time. My goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note Guests can secure belongings in the room with a door lock, that they will access to during their stay. Any additional guest aside from the one listed on the reservation needs to be communicated to me. The driveway will accommodate one guest vehicle. (Also, ask about airport drop off and pick up, or rental vehicle services that may be available during ur stay!!! ) Any additional vehicles will need to be parked on available street parking in front of the home. There is always street parking available.
