Whether you are coming to enjoy Round Lake from the comfort of our deck, the beauty of Northern Michigan’s autumn colors in The Tunnel of Trees, Golfing at some of the top courses in Michigan, or hitting the Slopes at Nub’s Nob and The Highlands at Harbor Springs, there is something for everyone enjoy all year at our Round Lake Retreat. The space **New Master Bedroom Mattress!!!** Our condo is equipped with amenities for you and your family to work hard and play hard with high speed internet access and a full Work From Home station with monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils, dishes, and barware you’ll need. We are right by the private beach, Pickleball and Tennis courts in the community, and access to the indoor pool and hot tub. You’ll be only a 5-minute walk to Toski Sands the area’s best deli that also carries groceries and alcohol, as well as Dairy Zone for a little after dinner ice cream treat. Our central location is right across the street from Petoskey State Park with access to Little Traverse Bay and the Little Traverse Wheelway for biking. We are just a short drive from Downtown Petoskey and Downtown Harbor Springs, Local Hiking Trails, and just a 45-minute drive to the Mackinac Island ferries! Other things to note The unit is a ground floor unit, but there are still about 8 steps up and down to get into the unit, but once you have accessed the unit you can use the patio entrance which only has 2 shallow steps up onto the deck. The pool and hot tub are both community amenities, managed by the HOA, and are occasionally unavailable to residents and guests for maintenance and upkeep, we are unable to guarantee their availability. It gets COLD in the winter in northern Michigan! We are happy to provide extra space heaters and blankets for your comfort. Bring appropriate clothing and enjoy the snow! There is no ice maker in the unit, but ice trays are provided and will be filled upon arrival. There is a rental agreement required to be signed by the Lakeside Condo Association. It highlights all of the amenities provided by the property and the rules associated with their use. A link to this agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
