Lovely and Spacious Self-contained studio.

Relax, enjoy and unwind in a self-contained studio at our home in Mullumbimby. Located on a quiet and peaceful road, just 1.5km from Mullumbimby High Street, 10 minute drive to Brunswick Heads and 20 minutes to Byron Bay. The studio has been thoughtfully designed and furnished for your comfort and tranquility, with undercover parking and private side access. We are a friendly family of 5 who live adjacent to the studio which is a converted double garage. Make yourself at home The space The studio is located next to the main house in which we live and separated by an undercover alfresco area. Inside the studio you will find a big, cosy and comfortable queen size bed, dressed in cotton sheets. A comfy sofa where you can relax and watch the smart TV. There is a toilet and shower room with cotton towels, soaps and hair products. A dining table, coffee table, wardrobe, plus air conditioning/heater and ceiling fans. We have a kitchenette which has a sink, mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bench-top mini-oven/airfryer. Please note that there is no hob/cooktop to cook on and no full size oven. Outside from the sliding door entrance there is an outside area, screened from the main house with a small table and chairs and views to the garden. For health and safety we have a Fire alarm and Fire extinguisher under sink. There is no clothes washing machine in the studio but for stays 3 nights and longer we are happy to do your laundry for you or if you prefer there is also a laundromat 1.5km away in town. The TV is a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube, internet, etc but please note that we do not have Freeview satellite TV or Foxtel. There is Wifi Internet connection and mobile phone coverage. The studio is accessed by a seperate side gate and there is undercover parking for one car under the carport next to our car, where you are welcomed to park. Guest access The studio is accessed via a side gate to the left of the carport. The studio has access to our back garden and has a small screened outside area. Other things to note We have 2 dogs and three young boys, who will sometimes be playing in the garden and pool.
