Fully-furnished, our townhome accommodates 6 adults and 2 children, includes linens & towels, and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Relax with WiFi and 3 x 42-in. flat screen TVs. Enjoy morning coffee and sunset drinks on our furnished deck by the canal. Guests have access to 8 beach chairs, a cooler, and 1 umbrella. The space The townhome features newly updated coastal-inspired furnishings and is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with a premium mattress, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with its own premium mattress. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for families or children, featuring a queen-sized bed with a premium mattress along with a twin bunk bed with built-in drawers for added storage. Each of the three bedrooms also includes a flat-screen TV for added comfort and convenience. Our home has a boat slip that can accommodate a vessel 35 feet long × 15 feet wide. It comes with both water and electric When it's not rented, the slip rents for $75 per day. The slip is not included with the Airbnb rental. It will be billed separately. Guest access Guests can access the townhome using a key less door lock with code. The code automatically resets once guests have departed the townhome. Other things to note Reservations must accurately reflect all guests staying in the townhome. Any misrepresentation of occupancy or unauthorized guests may result in cancellation of the reservation, reporting to Airbnb, involvement of local authorities if necessary, and potential legal action. • Serenity by The Sea is designed for families and friends seeking a relaxing, quiet Ocean City getaway.
