TRANQUIL RETREAT WITH WATERVIEWS Central Coast NSW

A beautifully presented and comfortable retreat for two people with relaxing water views and a charming French Provincial / Coastal décor. The perfect spot for a restful break, close to beaches, waterways, restaurants, National Parks and cultural and adventure activities. (King bed can be split into two king singles). We hope you will be able to come and stay. The space A Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods, a variety of teas, fresh milk and something sweet to eat is provided so you can relax as soon as you arrive. The property is fully self-contained with a private entrance. There is an outside area where you can sit and relax while enjoying the view and listening to the birds. Inside are four separate spaces, the entry area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/living area. There are blinds on all windows. BEDROOM: The beautifully appointed bedroom has a chiropractic King bed with all linen provided. Quality linen, doonas and a mattress topper ensure a very comfortable sleep. The bed can be divided into 2 King Singles if you prefer - please advise in advance if you require this configuration. There is also storage and hanging areas, a towel rack, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a nightlight, a ceiling fan and essential toiletries. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, airfryer, electric frypan, rice cooker (which can also boil eggs and noodles), sandwich press, crockery, utensils, wine glasses, placemats, washing detergent, wash cloth and drainer. There is no oven or cooktop. Please note that no portable cookers are permitted in the unit. You are welcome to use the BBQ outside. Salt, pepper, oil, tomato sauce and honey are provided as well as fresh milk, coffee pods, a variety of teas and biscuits. TABLE/DESK There is a table/desk which comes off the kitchen bench. This can be used as a dining table and/or a desk to work from with water views. Power points for laptops are easily accessible. LOUNGEROOM The loungeroom is in the same room as the kitchen. There is a 2 seater lounge, coffee table, table lamp, TV, DVD Player (huge selection of DVDs in bedroom), large mirror and floor mat. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There are water views from the bathroom and a blind for privacy. Bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach towels (If you are travelling from overseas or interstate please ask and we can arrange some for you). UTILITIES The following items are also available for you to use: iron (in bedroom- please switch off after use), ironing board (in bedroom), washing machine, washing liquid and pegs (in space behind the blue and white wall hanging in entry area), clothes airer (in bedroom-please place in foyer or outside to dry clothes on it) and hair dryer (in drawer of entry table). A small nightlight is available near the washing machine if you would like to leave it on to see where the bathroom is during the night. COMFORT Heating/Cooling - you will be comfortable in the property all year round as it has reverse cycle air-conditioning which flows throughout the unit. OUTSIDE AREA The outside area can be accessed by going out the door you came in and turning right. It has padded chairs, small tables for drinks and nibbles, water and garden views. There is a larger table on the other side of planter box which you are also welcome to use. You are free to wander in the garden. BARBEQUE The area at the top of the stairs from the doorway is our private deck but you are welcome to come up and use the gas BBQ if you would like to. Please just let us know and we will make sure it is clean and ready for you to use. Please turn off gas once you have finished with it. Guest access ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the accommodation is down the left side of the property (as you face it from the road). Parking is on the lawn or street at the front of the property. There are 7 wide steps which lead from the lawn to the entry gate then the pathway leads to the entry door. The whole BnB is on one level (ground floor) with only one step from pathway to door landing. Guests have a private entrance and we have a key safe at the door. A code will be provided once you have booked. Other things to note Tuesday and Wednesday are generally our cleaning days but if you require a longer stay which includes these days, please let us know and we should be able to accommodate you.
