Pennwood Farm .... a luxurious barn apartment!

The apartment is light, spacious and private with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7. This is a working horse farm. We are 6.5 miles from the new world renown Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). We would love to introduce you to our little corner of heaven. The space Enjoy your own private aerie ....... have coffee on the deck watching the sunrise or later, horses grazing in the fields below and the comings and goings of a working horse farm. The 3000 sq ft apartment has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths. The master bedroom has 20’ ceilings, an attached sitting room and a luxurious bath complete with claw foot tub, large steam shower and two pedestal sinks. The second bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower and two sinks. The living room/ dining area has 25’ ceilings, great light and is open to the kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas/electric stove. The apartment sits above the 8 stall barn and is accessed by inside and outside stairs. Mornings start early.. We feed at 7am and finish with barn check at 8:30. Guest access The guests have use of the entire apartment . However the downstairs entrance is a tack room and bath used by host and not available to guests except for ingress and egress. Other things to note There is NO SMOKING allowed in the apartment or on the property . Guests should not interact with the horses, including NOT feeding treats!
