Rustic home in quiet neighborhood in South Eugene hills. Very high ceilings. Hardwood floors. Dishwasher. Good heating and cooling system. Beautiful deck. The space A house in the trees! The house is built into a South Eugene hill in a quiet neighborhood (dead end street) in a heavily wooded area. 1600 square feet and large deck. A great place for a quiet getaway. Price reduction for sharing the place with my two indoor cats; if you agree to care for them so I don't need to pay their feeder to come by to play with them for 20 minutes a day, I will knock off another $20/day . I'll apply the discount after you sign up. Please note in your reservation that you like cats and understand that you will either be okay with a cat person coming to visit, or will take care of them yourself (for the discount). Guest access You will have access to the entire two bedroom, two bathroom home, and will be the only guests. Other things to note Hiking trails and the 28 bus are a short walk (up a hill) away.
