Centrally located inside the most prestigious area within the old city walls, this amazing 5 bedroom house is walking distance to ATMS, grocery stores, jewelry stores, and fashion shops. Located next to San Pedro Claver Plaza where trendy bars, dance clubs, and restaurants operate day and night. A luxurious home with AC throughout, hot water showers, fully equipped kitchen, roof top jacuzzi, consistent WiFi, TV with cable, taxis nearby, 15 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from beaches. The space The home is beautiful, and very spacious with a traditional colonial architecture that was common for mansions during the Spanish founding of the city. It has an open feel to it where your friends and loved ones will feel comfortable as they contemplate the rich and fascinating colonial history of houses within the walled city. There are 5 bedrooms in total in the house. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, TV and AC. The rooms are as follows: Bedroom 1- 1 King Bed Bedroom 2 – 2 Twin Beds that can be adjoined to make a king. Bedroom 3 – 2 Twin Beds that can be adjoined to make a king. Bedroom 4 – 1 Full Bed Bedroom 5- 2 Twin Beds that can be adjoined to make a king. We can set up 2 additional single beds upon request for a small fee for a total of 10 beds and 12 guests. You are welcome to cool off in the rooftop jacuzzi and outdoor space. Due to the warm weather in Cartagena, the jacuzzi is not heated. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house during their stay. There is a maid during the day in the house who can prepare breakfast for you if you buy the ingredients or you give her the money to do so. There is also a maid in the afternoon available who can prepare lunch and/or dinner for you for an additional fee. The door man arrives at the house in the evening and stays until the early morning. The house staff have their own quarters. This provides guests with an additional level of security to make sure they feel safe and comfortable during their stay. Other things to note The house is your responsibility upon rental, and it is gorgeous and expensive, so please respect it as the historical entity it is. For your own safety and to protect yourself legally, guests and visitors are required to show ID (passport/cedula) upon arrival to confirm age and legal status. You can have up to 12 total people at one time in the house. Guests/visitors who are unable to show a valid ID will not be allowed access to the house. Minors will only be allowed access if they are traveling with a parent or have a notarized letter from their parents authorizing their travel. Again, this is for both your safety and others, and to maintain temporary rental of the house. There is a security guard in the evenings at the house and atleast one maid during the day, and it is part of their responsibility to ask guests for IDs. Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep the volume down, especially in the evenings. Please note that there are stairs in order to access the main floor of the house. Registration Details 116737
