Super-situated cozy room for two persons

Hello dear Kyiv Visitor! My apartment is located in an unique place, in the heart of town on old street with ancient paving stones. The house was built in 1955 in the style of the soviet “stalin-empire-style” Prorizna street is very busy, but the window of your room look to a calm green yard with 60 y.o. trees. It has everything you need- The space 4 metro stations of all three metro lines - (Maidan Nezalezhnosti , Khreschatyk, Teatralna and Zoloti Vorota) are 5-7 minutes walking from the apartment. Directly inside our building you can find the best : -cafe with local food (“Borsch-cafe”) -bakery (“Pechka”) - vegan-cafetera (“SEREDA Vegan point”) - barbershop, beauty-salon with spa (“Avantage”) -dress-shop (“Sisters”) -Chernobyl and Pripyat tours (“Solo East Travel”) -Apotheke In 5 minutes walking from the apartment you can find big supermarket “Billa” and Shopping-mall (on Maidan Nezalezhnosti square ) In 10-15 minutes there are Sophia cathedral, Andriyivskyy descent and lot of other tourist attractions. During your stay As architect I am interested in history of Kyiv, so I could also be your personal local guide. As simple walking tour, funny tandem-bicycle or classic motorbike :) Some evenings we can spend in a beautiful living room with an unique view to statues of “metro-builders” in the style of “social realism” on the facade. Talking and listening to the vinyl plates… Open-minded persons are always welcome! :)
