Private Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood!

Welcome to our private apartment on a great Cul de Sac in a great neighborhood! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, in one of the best communities in Greenville! The apartment is an efficiency that features a queen bed, a full futon, Roku TV with Netflix, WiFi, Kitchen with small breakfast area, fridge, and laundry. Bathroom is fully equipped with large shower stall and storage. Also a large walk in closet for storage. There is private off street parking, private patio, and private entry. The space This is a basement apartment in our house. It is sealed off from the our portion of the house, we live upstairs. Guests have their own private parking and entry. Due to the design of the HVAC the thermostat for the apartment is not in the apartment. I can update the thermostat via app so please just let me know if you would like it warmer or colder. TV is internet only. We have hardwoods upstairs so you might hear some creaking when we are walking! Guest access Complete apartment.
