Everything is perfectly dislocated over 35 hectares of park, creating a pleasant mix of charm and romanticism. ​ Guest access On a hill overlooking San Gimgnano (6 km away), Ulignano is the perfect place for a holiday in Tuscany. Halfway between Florence and Siena (reachable in 30 minutes), in the splendid Val d'Elsa, a natural continuation of Chianti, a few km from all services but in an unspoiled place where the only noise you can hear is the birdsong in the morning or cicadas in the evening. Other things to note Ripabella, with its four apartments, is a paradise for couples and the perfect location for those looking for a holiday of total relaxation. The "Ripabella" oasis of peace and beauty is located on top of a hill overlooking San Gimgnano; to reach us you will travel along a stretch of "white road", the typical Tuscan roads with landscape restrictions that cannot be paved; go up along the dirt road for about 2 km, always surrounded by vineyards and wonderful views, and you will find us!
