The space This stunning 2 Bedroom 1 ½ bath condo features breathtaking views of the Oceanside Harbor and its directly across the street from one of the only sand bottom beaches in Oceanside! This home offers comfort, views, and vacation at its finest! 2 BEDROOMS - Master Bedroom - Queen bed, sleeps 2, Smart TV - Bedroom 2- (2) Queen beds, sleeps 2 - Pull out sofa in living room - Queen size, sleeps 2 - Smart TV in the living room. No cable channels available AMENITIES - HEATING available throughout the home. Please note that the home does not have AC - HEATED POOL, & SPA available on the premises for the community. Hours are from 9AM to 9PM - Men and women's SAUNA available in the pool area. - PARKING SPACES - 1 covered spot - PRIVATE BALCONY features 2 hanging egg chairs overlooking the boats in Oceanside Harbor - Outdoor heated shower. - High Speed Internet -2 beach chairs and sand toys HOUSE RULES - Max occupancy: 6 - Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced. - PETS are not allowed in this community for renters, per the HOA rules - There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - There is coin operated laundry available on the same floor as this unit, in the complex. - No street parking. Paid hourly and daily parking is available by the beach. Please note that is NOT overnight parking and cars will be towed. CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. - Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). - Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Please note this is condo complex and there have been circumstances that power or water have been turned off for short periods of time for communal emergencies. Please be willing to allow access if this happens to our unit on short notice. We apologize, this is out of our control. This doesn’t happen often but can living in a condo complex. Other things to note We are in a condo building and there have been a few times that water has had to be turned off for a few hours due to emergencies. This is out of our control and no refund will be given. Please note the pool and hot tub will be resurfaced and unavailable from Nov 14- dec 31.
