Located in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes by taxi from downtown or 40 minutes on foot. The space The apartment is located on a second level, access is via stairs located inside the property. It has two bedrooms each with: 1 queen size bed, blackout curtains, windows with mosquito nets, clothes hangers, full mirror and floor fans in each bedroom. Note: The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, only fans, the air conditioning is in the living room, it cools the dining room. You can park and store your vehicle on the property, you will feel comfortable and safe. I'll give you a remote control for the automatic gate to get in and out whenever you want. Guest access On the day of your arrival, I will personally greet you and give you a control so that you can comfortably enter and leave the property whenever you want. Once inside the property, you will access the apartment with a digital key. Everything is very simple and practical. Other things to note Very close to my apartment you will find various services within walking distance: restaurants and cafes, Oaxacan snacks, pastries, ice cream and typical snow cones. Cheese shop, mini supermarket, tacos al pastor, fast food restaurants. If you need to go shopping, six blocks away you will find the Chedraui Selecto supermarket, where you will find all the products you might need.
