Located just 15 minutes north of Seattle in a friendly neighborhood this space combines community, convenience and comfort all at an affordable monthly rate. No smoking allowed and pets are negotiable. About the space: The fully furnished Studio in Shoreline boasts 1,000 square feet is light and relaxing and has been recently renovated, ready to move in. Your own private entry leads you into a clean and bright main room where you’ll find a queen size bed, a dining nook, a reading corner and an office space. Off the main room is a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator and a collection of specialty cookbooks. On the other side of the wall a generous sized master bath with a spa like shower, a walk in closet and complete with a washer/dryer. And if you head up the spiral staircase from the main room, you’ll discover an upstairs loft with a TV to steam your favorite shows. It also features a remote-controlled heat pump and air conditioning unit making it easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. There is also a wood burning fireplace that can be used with prior approval. Just outside the studio is nearly a quarter acre private backyard with mature trees providing privacy for the garden space, a chicken coop, an inviting paver stone patio and a large lawn. It’s the perfect space to get out in on those sunny days and enjoy the feeling of being in your own private natural oasis. The Studio also includes private off-street parking and a covered outdoor storage area. About the Neighborhood: The location of the Studio in Shoreline is convenient for commuting easily just about anywhere. With access to the bus line at the end of the street, or to the light rail just a neighborhood away, it’s easy to catch a ride to work or downtown. The neighborhood itself feels like a real community with people from all walks of life who often wave and greet anyone in the neighborhood. Also just blocks away from an 80-acre park known as Hamlin Park, the largest in the city of Shoreline. The park features old growth trees, running and walking trails and sport fields. Head the other direction and you’ll find the hub of the neighborhood filled with local restaurants, bars and a grocery store all within walking distance. Or hop in your car and head 15 minutes west and end up at Richmond beach where you can catch magnificent views and sunsets. Keycode entry Other things to note The back wall of the studio (bathroom and kitchenette) share a wall with the main part of the house. However since this was an addition, the wall is a former exterior wall and offers great sound proofing.
