This ultra-private hideaway is nestled among mature trees with peaceful, quiet city views of the historical landmarks of Hollywood. The space Over 1,000 sq ft of your private living space has unmatched serene views from every room, a full kitchen, and even wireless phone chargers on your nightstand. Enjoy the outdoors from your large private terraces off the bedroom and living areas in this lower-level section of a 2-story home with a full kitchen, a large open-concept living area, its private entrance, and exclusive street access from the guesthouse. Please be aware that we live above the guesthouse, and you may hear us faintly walking upstairs. We always welcome guests who respect the peace of our home, the neighborhood, and everyone's privacy. Guest access Keyless code access is needed to enter the security gate and guesthouse using your code provided on here at 4 pm check-in time. Cooling & Heating are controlled by the host and adjusted per guest request; there is no thermostat in the unit. Other things to note Please read the entire listing details before booking to avoid surprises or expulsion due to breaking of our house rules below: HOUSE RULES: [1] Nightly rate is for one guest only. A $50/night fee is charged to each extra guest. [2] Primary guest must be 25 years or older. A copy of a government-issued photo ID, your email address, and the full names of any extra guests are required after booking. Maximum of 3 adult guests only; 1 child aged 12-17 years old is allowed. [3] Only registered guests are allowed entry. Please notify the host if you expect a friend to visit during your stay. [4] Outdoor stairs lead to the vacation home from two gates. Please be sure you are comfortable with stairs. [5] There are outdoor security cameras when you enter/exit the property grounds. The unit is also equipped with temperature and motion sensors to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and that neighbors are not disturbed. [6] Strictly No Smoking, use of e-cigarettes or vaping indoors or outdoors. This is a city regulation, as we are in a high fire hazard severity zone. [7] A private laundry room and powder room are available for stays of 4 days or longer. [8] Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. [9] NO PARTIES. No loud voices, TV, or music at any time. [10] Only street parking is available. Please request a parking permit in advance if you plan to bring a car during your stay. We provide this permit free of charge for your convenience, allowing overnight parking. [11] Cooling and heating are controlled by the host and adjusted upon the guest's request—no thermostat in the unit. The guesthouse is part of our home, and we have only one central HVAC system. [12] Trash collection day is on Fridays, early morning. Please drop all trash on Thursday night for timely and proper collection. Trash bins are located outside next to the garage.
