Cosy Self Contained Annexe - Adults only

*NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN** Situated a few minutes from Junct. 15 off the M4. Self contained Annexe on a residential village street. Private off road parking. Great location for walkers/cyclists. The Ridgeway Path is approximately 15 minutes away (local taxi available if needed/bike storage). Avebury 20 by car. Ideally situated for local venues including Ridgeway Barns & Chiseldon House Hotel. GWH Hospital 5 mins away. Three Trees Farm Shop/Cafe & local pubs short walk away. The space A cosy self contained Annexe adjoined to our house with self catering facilities (induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & iron). Complimentary tea and coffee. Private en-suite. We have a fold out desk and excellent WiFi for anyone needing a workspace. We also have Sky TV (TV folds out from wall). Please note the bed is against the wall (see photos) and may be unsuited to guests with limited mobility. Guest access Entrance is through a private front door with self-check in key code access. The driveway, hall/bathroom and bedroom/kitchenette are for your sole use. Our main living area is behind the adjoining fire door which remains locked when guests are staying. Other things to note NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING - if this is needed please visit Three Trees Farm Shop (a minute away) who have electric charging facilities. Please do not use our domestic power supply. The Bed is situated with one side against a wall. We have tried other formats but this provides maximum space. We are on Station Road which is a residential street in the village of Chiseldon. There may be (minimal) traffic noise from time to time. We do have 3 rescue cats. We never let them in the Annexe but please be aware if you are allergic to cats. We are unable to accept pets or children/under 18s due to the requirements of our insurance.
