*NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN** Situated a few minutes from Junct. 15 off the M4. Self contained Annexe on a peaceful residential village street. Private off road parking. Great location for walkers/cyclists. The Ridgeway/Avebury close by (bike storage available). Ideally situated for local venues including Ridgeway Barns/Chiseldon & Alexandra House Hotels. Ramsbury Brewery/South Cotswolds/Marlborough. GWH Hospital/Outlet village& Steam Museum. Farm Shop/Cafe & Village pubs short walk away. The space A self contained Annexe adjoined to our house with self catering facilities (induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and iron). Complimentary tea and coffee. Private en-suite with luxurious sized shower. The sink and toilet area are compact to accommodate this. We have a fold out desk and excellent WiFi for anyone needing a workspace. We also have Sky TV (TV folds out from wall). Guest access Entrance is through a private front door with self-check in key code access. The driveway, hallway, bathroom and bedroom/kitchenette are for your sole use. Our main living area is behind the adjoining fire door which remains locked when guests are staying. Other things to note NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING - if this is needed please visit Three Trees Farm Shop (a minute away) who have electric charging facilities. Please do not use our domestic power supply. The Bed is situated with one side against a wall. We have tried other formats but this provides maximum space. We are on Station Road which is a residential street in the village of Chiseldon. There may be (minimal) traffic noise from time to time. We do have 3 rescue cats. We never let them in the Annexe but please be aware if you are allergic to felines. We are unable to accept pets or children/under 18s.
