The space Charming 2-room apartment consisting of a beautiful living room with dining area and office area, a fully (over-)equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, and a large balcony without overlooking neighbors. The sofa bed in the living room offers a 2nd bed and can accommodate 2 additional guests. Linens included (sheets, towels, tea towels). We invite you to discover the "other remarks" section to learn about some of the terms and conditions regarding the second bed and the "House Manual" section to discover how the different equipment works (connected lock, TV/Netflix, Bluetooth system, etc.) Guest access Guests enjoy the apartment fully at their disposal. please read in the "other remarks" section some terms and conditions regarding the provision of the 2nd bed in the living room. Other things to note PARKING: You can park your vehicle in front of the entrance of the residence, easily, free of charge and without any risk. The building is only a 60 m walk away. LIVING ROOM SLEEPING AREA: The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Unless you ask us, we will leave you the freedom to transform the living room into a 2nd bedroom whenever you want by installing the sofa bed yourself with the sheets and pillows stored in the bedroom closet. The supply of sheets, pillows and blankets for the second bed in the living room is included for bookings of more than 2 guests but priced at €5 per night for bookings of less than 3 guests, on request only. EQUIPMENT: We invite you to discover the "House Manual" section to discover the operation of the different equipment (connected lock, TV bluetooth system, etc.) HEATING: In order to optimize energy consumption and achieve our "eco-responsible" furniture objectives, the radiators are remotely controlled to offer comfort in the evening and in the morning of 20° in the living room and 18° in the bedroom (in accordance with ADEME's recommendations for moderation). The rest of the time, the temperature of the apartment is lowered. Please do not touch the radiator controls. If necessary, temperatures can be increased immediately (extra option) by contacting me via text message. PRE-REGISTRATION TERMS: When you book, a secure link to a mini pre-registration form will be sent to you via Airbnb messaging. This will allow us to best prepare for your arrival (arrival time, number of beds).
