This wonderful and picturesque duplex of 139m2 is located in the center of Granada, in one of the typical slopes of Granada: a magical corner. With a personal decoration, it is a 2-storey duplex where, to enter, you will pass through an alley with stairs protected by a vine. It has a large terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a pellet stove. For up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space To access the house, it is a small pedestrian street, only accessible on foot. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces, divided into 2 floors: GROUND FLOOR - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, size 135 x 200 - 1 bedroom with 1 divan sofa (closed 90 cm - open 160cm x 200cm), has no exterior window without a skylight that does not open. - a study area for working - a bathroom with screen UPSTAIRS - a lounge area with sofa, TV and a dining table for 4 people. - the equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with direct views of the Albaicin and the Alhambra. It has an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. - A terrace with outdoor furniture and views to enjoy the outdoors, private of 33,37m2 It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are included. The property has air conditioning through a split machine located in the living room. It also has heating appliances: a ceramic hob, a ceramic air stove and an infrared radiator on the ceiling of the living room. You can use the pellet stove. Hot water by electric water heater of 150 liters, usually enough for 4 people. There is a travel crib stored in a closet that you can use, please note that you need to bring the necessary clothes for its use. Thank you! Other things to note Parties are not allowed.
