Le Moulin des Foulons is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the village of Chédigny, the only village in France bearing the "Remarkable Garden" label Located on a 1.8 hectare lot with its private island. A heated indoor pool is open to all rentals from 10am to 8pm. We offer a cottage for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 bathrooms with wc and a sofa bed. Kitchen towels available. Toilet paper (minimum 3 rolls). Basic products: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar. Hygiene products: Shower Gel Cleaning products: dishwashing liquid, multi-purpose cleaner, dishwasher tablets, etc. Physical welcome upon arrival Gite of 80 m2 on a charming little estate on the edge of the forest crossed by the Indrois, 15 min from Loches, 15 min from Chenonceau, 30 min from the Beauval Zoo. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place and enjoy the many activities and tourist sites in the surrounding area: Hiking, canoeing, hot air balloon, zoo, visits to the Chateaux de la Loire, Montbazon Fortress, Champignonnière, museum of prehistory at the Grand Pressigny etc. The cottage includes: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, drip coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer, electric cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster), a living room with a sofa and a sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with shower room and separate toilet. Shops, bakery, convenience store, post office and bar in Reignac sur Indre ( 5 minutes from the Gîte) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Important: In order to keep the cottage clean and ready for the next guests, we kindly ask you to respect the checkout instructions, including: Do not make the appliances and the essentials to eat dirty (fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishes etc.). Vacuum and mop the space. If these checkout instructions are not followed (dishes not made, garbage cans not emptied, appliances not cleaned, etc.), a cleaning surcharge may be requested in the amount of €50. POOL RULES: The pool is not privatizable and is to be shared with other tenants It is an indoor and relaxing pool, it is forbidden to play ball, jump, dive and bomb in it. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Possibility to take a cleaning option, to tell us upon arrival (Price €50), even if you take the cleaning option, you have to empty the garbage, clean your table and the dishes used. We also offer meal trays, aperitif boards, breakfasts.
