The space OUTDOOR -Spacious deck with patio furniture and covered sitting area. Private waterfront dock. Gas Grill. INSIDE: Provided for you is fresh linens and towels The kitchen features eat in kitchen, pot, pans, silverware, dishes, Blender, and microwave. Coffee Bar includes Coffee, Creamer and Sugar Living room and Florida room accommodates 2 Smart TV's. Washer and Dryer are provided with no additional charge. Other items included Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Paper Towels and Toilet Paper. Enjoy the outdoor sun light in your closed in porch with large windows to open if you like for a great breeze. Plenty of space to park your Car and Boat Guest access Please let Host know who and how many guest are staying with Primary Guest at time of booking. You have the entire Cottage to yourselves!! Enjoy the entire Cottage and surrounding property. Other things to note Please do not sneak any pets into the cottage. 1 pet allowed for an additional $50.00 fee. (if you do you may be asked leave without refund) Please do not let pet on furniture or beds. No smoking in cottage. Please do not wash clothes and take shower at the same time. (Well Water) Cottage is on a Well system-We have a water filtration system in place.
