House near Saint Gilles and beaches

Nice house with terrace and garden that can accommodate 4 people. Renovated at the beginning of 2022, it is located in St Hilaire de Riez, in a residential area. The railway is close, but the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located less than 2 km from the beautiful beaches (Pelle à Porteau and Boisvinet...), the Corniche Vendéenne and shops. The house is attached to its twin (house with terrace) that we rent for 4 people as well. The space The 50 sqm single storey house consists of a very bright living room with living room, a very well-equipped independent fitted kitchen opening to the south on a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the night side, two bedrooms ( one with a 140 bed and the other with two single beds of 90 ) , a functional bathroom completely renovated and with a towel dryer, a separate toilet. A small garage with storage and a washing machine is available and can also accommodate bikes and your beach equipment. The land is closed but its entrance is common to both houses. Some bicycles are available free of charge free WiFi Optional: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning Other things to note Upon request and free of charge we provide: - crib, baby bath, high chair: to be booked in advance and subject to availability Upon request, we provide: - bed linen: to be booked in advance €7 per bed ( a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, a pillowcase) - linen rental: to be booked in advance €3 for the kit of two towels per person For stays of 2 weeks, we offer the rental of linens ( sheets and towels). end of stay cleaning: €10/day or €50 for stays of 7 days or more The house is adjoining its twin (identical house with terrace and garden) that we rent for 4 people as well. you can park your car in front of the house.
